You can cancel your order within 24 hours of submitting it for a full refund, provided the model has not begun working on it. After that time, cancellations are no longer allowed, and no refunds will be given once the video is delivered.

Once completed, your custom video will be delivered securely through your account on LotusCams.com. You will receive a notification when the video is ready for download.
