Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement
We take copyright infringement claims seriously. LotusCams.com will respond to notices of alleged infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable intellectual property laws. This may include removing or disabling access to infringing material, notifying the uploader, or other appropriate actions.
If you believe material on LotusCams infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement. Only the copyright owner or an authorized agent may file a claim.
When material is removed or access is disabled in response to a DMCA Notice, we notify the uploader and provide an opportunity to file a Counter-Notification (see below). All notifications and counter-notifications must be in English.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement
To request removal of allegedly infringing content, your DMCA Notice must include the following:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
2. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) or location(s). General descriptions are insufficient.
3. Your contact information: full name, address, phone number, and email address.
4. A statement affirming you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable).
Submit your DMCA Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent:

Email: [email protected]
Filing a false claim may result in legal consequences under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe material was removed or disabled in error, you may file a Counter-Notice. This must include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was mistaken or unauthorized.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location (or where LotusCams is located if outside the U.S.).
Submit your Counter-Notice to the Designated Copyright Agent listed above.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward it to the original claimant and restore the material unless the claimant notifies us within 10-14 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In compliance with the DMCA, we will terminate accounts of users deemed repeat infringers. Additionally, we may limit or terminate accounts for a single act of infringement or other violations of intellectual property rights.
Video Fingerprinting
We use automated video recognition technology to identify and block potentially infringing content. If you wish to add your content to our fingerprint database, contact us for further details.
This policy ensures compliance with DMCA requirements while protecting your platform and rights holders.
