Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
At LotusCams.com, we strive to ensure that all users and models have a smooth and transparent transaction experience. The following policies govern payments, refunds, cancellations, and delivery timelines:
A. Payment Policy
•Custom Videos and Photo Packages: Payment for custom videos and photo packages must be made in full at the time of order. No content will be created or delivered until payment is completed.
•Adult Video Calls (Skype): Payment for scheduled adult video calls is required in advance. The user must pay in full before the video call is scheduled and delivered.
B. Delivery Timeframe
•Custom Videos and Photo Packages: Users must acknowledge that custom content can take 8-10 business days to be processed and delivered, depending on the complexity of the request and the availability of the model.
•Models will make every effort to deliver content as promptly as possible. However, unforeseen delays may occur, and users agree to allow the full 8-10 business days for processing before making any inquiries or filing complaints.
•Delivery times may vary for each model, and it is the responsibility of the user to check with the model for any additional details regarding delivery times.
•Adult Video Calls (Skype): Users are responsible for booking and confirming a time slot for live adult video calls. The models will provide available time slots, and once a time is confirmed, both parties are expected to adhere to the schedule.
•In cases of model unavailability, the user will be notified in advance, and the session will be rescheduled.
C. Refund and Cancellation Policy
•No Refunds After Content Delivery: Once custom videos, photo packages, or video calls are delivered or completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, unless the content explicitly violates the agreed-upon terms or the guidelines of this platform.
•Users are advised to carefully review their requests and any instructions provided to the models before finalizing an order. LotusCams.com will not be responsible for misunderstandings or miscommunications that occur after the content has been delivered.
•Cancellation of Orders Before Delivery:
•For custom videos and photo packages, users may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided that the model has not started working on the request.
•After 24 hours, or if the model has already begun work on the content, the order cannot be canceled, and the user will not be eligible for a refund.
•Adult Video Calls (Skype):
•Users may cancel a scheduled Skype call at least 24 hours prior to the confirmed time for a full refund or rescheduling, depending on the model’s availability.
•If the user cancels the call with less than 24 hours’ notice, they will forfeit their payment, unless the model agrees to reschedule at no additional charge.
•If the model is unable to attend a scheduled Skype call, the user will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling to a new time.
By proceeding with a purchase or booking on LotusCams.com, users confirm that they understand and agree to this Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
